HJS Universal Silencer
HJS universal silencers reduce noise by the absorption principle. This means low exhaust backpressure and therefore maximum power.
Our absorption-type silencers consist of a chamber filled with glass fibre wool as sound absorption material. The exhaust gas flows through a perforated tube in the silencer without obstruction or loss of power. However, the sound waves penetrate through the perforations into the glass fibre wool and are converted into heat by friction.
The HJS universal silencers are not approved for use on public roads. The use is only suitable for racing/motorsport purposes.
